Fitness Cheesecake

As a supporter of a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition, as well as a person watching her figure and persistently working out with iron - I recommend it!! It's sweet enough for me, despite the fact that I don't add any sugar or sweeteners . I pour condensed milk on my beloved as a topping, but you can use stevioside, agave syrup, honey, or the most common sugar, but then it will contain simple, unnecessary carbohydrates that are of no use (you need to watch the number of pieces eaten).
