The delicate airy dough infused with the aroma of cinnamon and vanilla creates a unique flavor combination. The creamy glaze adds exquisite softness, making each roll a true delight. These rolls are perfect for cozy breakfasts, a cup of hot tea or coffee, as well as family gatherings. Their light caramel hue and spicy aroma evoke the warmest emotions, turning an ordinary day into a celebration.

1
First, we mix warm milk and yeast.
- Milk: 200 ml
- Dry yeast: 12 g
2
Beat room temperature eggs with a mixer until fluffy.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
3
Then add beaten eggs, 0.5 cup of sugar, 15 g of vanilla sugar, and 3 tablespoons of softened butter (which can be softened in the microwave) to the milk and yeast; it should be softened but not liquid.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Vanilla sugar: 30 g
- Butter: 200 g
4
Add flour and salt to the milk mixture and gently knead the dough; it should stop sticking to your hands and be soft in consistency. If there's not enough flour, you can add a little more, but don't overdo it, or the dough will be tough when baked.
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
5
Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
6
Then we sprinkle the table with flour and roll the dough into a rather thin layer.
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
7
Grease the dough with softened butter (about 4 tablespoons) and generously sprinkle with a mixture of 1 cup of sugar and cinnamon, distributing evenly over the entire dough.
- Butter: 200 g
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Cinnamon: 6 tablespoons
8
Roll tightly into a roll, don't be afraid to do it tightly, the pastries will be tender and won't fall apart.
9
Cut the roll with a very sharp knife, without crushing the cinnamon, into slices 2-3 cm thick. Line the form with parchment paper and place the buns in it. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
10
We are currently making cheese glaze. We mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, the remaining softened butter, and 15 g of vanilla sugar. We carefully mix until smooth — it's all ready.
- Philadelphia cheese: 200 g
- Powdered sugar: 1.5 glass
- Butter: 200 g
- Vanilla sugar: 30 g
11
As soon as the buns are ready, we take them out of the oven and drizzle them with glaze while hot.
