Knead the dough. For this, mix flour and 100 grams of cold butter. Add powdered sugar and knead the dough. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Then roll out and place in the mold, covering the sides. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. Baking temperature up to 200 degrees.

Melt the remaining butter with chocolate in a water bath. Add the egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the whipped egg whites.
