Chocolate cookies with nuts

The whole process of preparing very tasty chocolate cookies according to this recipe takes no more than half an hour.

In the mixer bowl, place 340 grams of softened butter, add 150 grams of white sugar and 150 grams of brown sugar. If brown sugar is unavailable, you can use 300 grams of white sugar. Add one packet of vanilla sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything well at high speed.
- Butter: 340 g

- Vanilla sugar: 1 glass

Add two eggs one by one. Scrape down the sides while mixing all components by hand. Continue mixing at high speed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. This process takes no more than 5 minutes from start to finish.

Sift 320 grams of flour into the mixture. Mix lightly by hand. Add 300 grams of chopped chocolate and 100 grams of nuts. Mix by hand until a uniform dough is obtained.
- Wheat flour: 320 g

Using two spoons, place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving enough space between them.

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

We take the cookies out of the oven — they should be very soft, and you won't be able to transfer them while hot. Let the cookies cool, place them on a plate, and serve with tea or coffee.
