Apple pie with caramelized apples is a refined blend of sweetness and spice, where the simplicity of ingredients creates a delightful flavor. Historically, apple pies have been popular in European cuisines, especially in England and France, where apples were long considered the ideal fruit for baking. This version delights with the rich texture of caramelized apples that give the pie a special softness and depth of flavor. The cinnamon aroma harmoniously complements the sweet caramel glaze, creating a warm, cozy dessert. This pie is perfect for tea time or as a conclusion to a festive dinner. It can be served with vanilla ice cream or fresh cream to highlight the tenderness of the apples and add even more gastronomic pleasure.

For decoration, I used caramelized apples. They are made very quickly and easily. Cut the apples into wedges. Melt butter in a pan. Place the apple wedges in the pan. Fry the apples until golden brown (they should be soft). Then add sugar to the apples and stir until each wedge is coated in caramel.
- Apple: 5 piece
- Cane sugar: 1 glass
