Blooming motley muffins

Blooming colorful muffins are a delicate and airy treat that evokes the spring awakening of nature. The recipe's origins trace back to European baking traditions, where the combination of classic and chocolate batter creates a magical marbled pattern. These muffins have a rich creamy-chocolate flavor, and their unique texture is soft yet dense, making them perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Waffle daisies add not only visual appeal but also a light crispy accent, making each bite unique. They can be served as a festive dessert or simply to delight yourself and loved ones at any time of day. Blooming muffins not only please the eye but also bring an atmosphere of warmth and coziness.

1
To prepare the dough, mix the classic and chocolate muffin mixes with milk, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth according to the package instructions. Place 24 paper cups on a baking tray.

Fill the cups alternately with dark and light dough to create stripes. If we want a 'marble' effect, draw a marble pattern with a fork. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake (electric oven - 170 degrees; convection oven - 150 degrees; gas oven - level 3).
