Classic cottage cheese casserole is a delicate and airy dish with a light sweetness from European cuisine. Its roots trace back to Russian and Eastern European gastronomy traditions where cottage cheese has always held a special place. This variation uses kefir and semolina for softness and slight graininess. The aroma of vanilla enhances the flavor, making it cozy and homely. Sweet raisins and candied fruits add a festive touch. It is prepared in a multicooker, making the process simple and convenient. The casserole is perfect for breakfast or a light dessert and can be served with jam, honey, or sour cream. This dish evokes childhood memories and family traditions, offering warmth and comfort with every bite.

1
Beat the eggs with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until they become fluffy. Add sugar and beat again. Then add cottage cheese, kefir, semolina, vanilla, salt, and baking powder alternately. Finally, add raisins and mix. The batter will be quite liquid.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Sugar: 0.8 glass
- Cottage cheese: 500 g
- Kefir: 1 glass

2
Grease the multicooker container with butter or margarine.
3
Place the dough in a container. Set to 'Baking' mode for 45 minutes. If you have a small capacity multicooker like mine, the layer of dough will be very thick. In this case, you can either divide the specified amount into 2 batches or increase the baking time by 20-30 minutes.

The casserole turns out very tender. If the top is a bit pale, you can sprinkle it with cinnamon or immediately spread jam on it.
