For the cream, mix sour cream (high fat content) with sugar well and put it in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line the baking tray with parchment paper, and evenly spread the dough on the tray. Level it with a spatula, leaving more dough at the edges than in the center. Bake for a maximum of 10 minutes.

While the roll is still warm, quickly spread it with cream, add berries, and roll it up.
