Sift the flour, add the baking powder, and set aside.
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Baking powder: 10 g

We mix the egg with sugar, add melted butter. Combine with flour and dilute with milk to the desired dough consistency. At the end of mixing, I additionally added soaked raisins and wheat-buckwheat flakes.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Butter: 80 g
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Milk: 100 ml

Lay parchment on the baking tray, spoon the dough on top, and sprinkle crushed chocolate over it. I used dark chocolate.
- Dark chocolate: 20 g

Bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees, using upper and lower heat mode. If you want the cookies to be crunchier, leave them in the cooling oven for a while longer.
