Kiwi sorbet with mint

Add sugar to boiling water and boil for 5 minutes until the syrup thickens. Remove from heat and cool.
- Water: 150 ml
- Sugar: 75 g

Peel the kiwi and strain it through a sieve. Mix the prepared puree with sugar syrup and lemon juice. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Kiwi: 8 pieces
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Then whip the sorbet with a whisk or in a blender. Place the sorbet back in the freezer for 2 hours. During this time, stir or whip it twice.
