The cheesecake with walnut praline is a true culinary masterpiece that combines a velvety creamy texture with a crunchy caramel note. This dessert has its roots in American cuisine, where cheesecakes have become a symbol of cozy evenings and festive gatherings. The rich nutty flavor of the praline harmoniously intertwines with the delicate cream cheese, creating an exquisite sweetness. Each spoonful of this dessert brings pleasure, while the walnuts add a pleasant contrast in texture. An ideal choice for special occasions or simply for those who want to indulge in a refined treat.

1
First, we prepare the praline.
2
We chop the walnuts finely. We grease the tray well with butter and pour the nuts on it. We put sugar (125 g) in a small pot and melt it over low heat, stirring constantly. When the mixture turns amber, we remove it from heat and pour the melted sugar over the nuts.

- Sugar: 225 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sour cream: 75 g
- Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
7
Carefully and thoroughly mix the ground praline into the cream. Pour it over the base in the mold.
- Peeled walnuts: 125 g
8
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and place the mold inside. At the bottom of the oven, place a metal container with hot water. Bake for exactly one hour, until the edges are set and the center starts to slightly jiggle.
9
Carefully run a knife between the edge of the mold and the cheesecake to separate it. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least three hours. Decorate with halves of walnuts.
