Puff spirals with sausage and cheese are a cozy, crunchy treat that combines the tenderness of puff pastry, the juiciness of doctor sausage, and the stretchy aromatic cheese. This dish, hailing from Russian cuisine, resembles little rolls of happiness that are perfect for a cozy family evening or festive table. The simplicity of preparation makes them accessible to everyone – just a few movements and puff strips turn into appetizing spirals. Baked to a golden crust, they are crispy on the outside but remain soft inside. Sesame adds a spicy nutty flavor, while the egg yolk glaze gives a glossy and appetizing finish. A great option for snacks, light meals or as an addition to hot soup.
