Oatmeal cookies with chocolate and dried fruits are the perfect combination of tender crispy dough, rich chocolate, and sweet fruit notes. This recipe has roots in European cuisine, where oatmeal baked goods have long been valued for their nutrition and rich flavor. Butter adds softness, cinnamon provides warm aromatic tones, and dried fruits enrich the dessert with natural sweetness and a slight tartness. The cookies are great for cozy family breakfasts or festive tea parties. They can be served with coffee, tea, or milk while enjoying the harmonious blend of flavors. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible even for beginner cooks, while its versatility allows for experimentation with ingredients to create new variations.

Melt the butter and beat it with sugar. Add the egg and beat again. Add all dry ingredients except flour (salt, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon) and mix. Add the oats and mix thoroughly.

- Salt: pinch
- Vanillin: 5 g
- Baking powder: 15 g
- Ground cinnamon: 10 g
- Instant oatmeal: 2 glasss
2
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the mixture with dried fruits, then mix.

Add flour and knead the dough well with a spatula.

Line the baking tray with paper and spoon the cookies onto it. Don't make them too big; it's better to make them thinner as they will rise in the oven. Place the cookies at a small distance from each other.
