Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, molasses and eggs; add salt, wheat sprouts, soy flour, dry milk, sesame seeds, yeast, wheat flour, sunflower seeds, milk and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly. Gradually fold in the raisins, nuts and oats.

- Soy flour: 0.3 glass

- Brewer's yeast: 0.5 glass
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Sunflower seeds: 0.5 glass
- Milk: 1.5 glass
- Baking powder: 2.5 teaspoons
- Nuts: 150 g
- Raisin: 190 g
- Hercules: 15 g

Grease the muffin molds with butter. Fill them with batter and bake for about fifteen minutes until golden, checking for doneness with a toothpick. Cool, remove from molds, and serve.
