Pour milk into a deep bowl and crack in the eggs one by one. Whisk until the mixture is homogeneous, pale yellow, with a slight foam on the surface.
- Milk: 250 ml
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Sift the flour into another deep bowl, add sugar. Mix them and thoroughly rub with room temperature margarine.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Sugar: 0.8 glass
- Margarine: 100 g

Add baking soda (or baking powder) with vinegar, nutmeg, and cinnamon to taste to the liquid ingredients. Mix well.
- Soda: pinch
- Vinegar: 2 teaspoons
- Nutmeg: to taste

Pour the liquid part of the dough into the bowl with the other ingredients in a thin stream, constantly stirring to avoid lumps. The dough should be thick and heavy, but fluid.

Chop the walnuts, dice the peeled kiwi and medium-sized apple into 7–10 mm cubes, and mix these ingredients into the dough.
- Walnuts: 100 g
- Kiwi: 2 pieces
- Apple: 1 piece

Pour the batter into a mold with a bottom diameter of about 23 cm, preferably with high removable sides. Place in a preheated oven at 210 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
