Blueberry buns are a delicate, airy treat that combines the softness of the dough with the freshness of the berries. This dessert has long-standing traditions in Russian cuisine, where baked goods with berries have always held a special place. Blueberries give the buns a slight tartness that harmonizes with the sweetness of the dough, while butter makes them especially soft. The buns are perfect for cozy tea times and can be served warm with milk or fragrant tea. They symbolize home comfort, care, and warmth, creating an atmosphere of joy and family gatherings.

- Sugar: 4 tablespoons
- Dry yeast: 15 g

Whisk the egg and most of the melted butter with a fork. Pour the egg mixture into the risen yeast. Mix gently. Add flour and salt, knead the dough, and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours.

- Butter: 50 g
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Salt: pinch

Place the prepared dough on a floured table and roll it out to a thickness of about 10 mm. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Distribute the blueberries evenly over the dough surface, then press the berries in with a rolling pin. Roll into a log and cut into pieces about 2 cm thick. Turn them over, flatten slightly with your hand, and place on a greased baking sheet so they touch each other. Cover with a towel and let rise for about 20 minutes.
