Boil the poppy seeds for 5 minutes and let them swell in boiling water under a lid for 20 minutes, then strain through a sieve. Whisk the yolks with sugar and butter, add the poppy seeds and flour with baking powder, and optionally add nuts and raisins.

- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

- Wheat flour: 1 glass
