We thaw the regular puff pastry from the store, roll it out, and cut it into rectangles or squares.
- Puff pastry: 400 g

We put a piece of meat and a piece of cheese on each (I put 1 piece of hard cheese, parmesan, and 1 - tilziter).
- Meat: 100 g
- Cheese: 100 g

We wrap and secure the edges.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sesame: 3 tablespoons

Put in the oven for 20 minutes (temperature - 180 degrees, approximately).
