Madeleine is an exquisite French cookie with roots dating back to the 18th century. Its delicate, airy texture and characteristic shell-like shape make it recognizable and beloved worldwide. In this version, the classic recipe is enriched with aromatic matcha tea, giving the cookie a subtle bitter note and an emerald hue. The taste is refined: the combination of sweetness and plant notes from matcha creates a harmonious balance. Madeleines are usually served with tea or coffee, perfectly complementing leisurely morning or evening rituals. Due to its simplicity in preparation, this dessert easily becomes part of everyday gastronomic joy.
