Three-color fruit pie

The three-colored fruit pie is an exquisite dessert from Yugoslav cuisine that combines the tenderness of cottage cheese with refreshing fruit acidity. Its unique feature is the division of the filling into three sections, each filled with different fruits: tart kiwi, sweet orange, and fragrant apples. The delicate dough with a light lemon hint creates the perfect base that highlights the rich flavors of the filling. The pie is suitable for family gatherings, festive tables, or simply enjoying cozy evenings. Its preparation becomes a creative process as the fruit mosaic makes it not only tasty but also visually appealing. Served chilled, allowing the flavors to unfold even more vibrantly. It is not just a dessert but a true work of art that unites traditions and home comfort.
