For the filling, slice the bananas into rounds and fry in a pan over low heat with 50 g of butter and 2-3 tablespoons of sugar until caramelized.

For the dough, mix sugar (140 g) with eggs and remaining butter, add sour cream and knead well. Then gradually add enough flour to make a soft, elastic dough (you may need a little more or less than indicated).

- Wheat flour: 450 g

Take about a third of the dough for the top, and place the rest on a baking tray with edges or in a mold.
