Vegan 'Napoleon' with bran is a refined blend of classic Armenian culinary traditions and modern dietary preferences. This cake is inspired by the legendary 'Napoleon' but adapted for those following a plant-based diet. Its airy layers enriched with bran provide a unique texture and lightness, while the delicate cream made from soy milk with vanilla notes gives a soft and velvety taste. The nut crumble adds subtle crunchy accents. This dessert is perfect for special occasions as it reveals the depth of flavor nuances after soaking. It will delight gourmets and is also an excellent choice for those mindful of their diet since the bran in its composition is beneficial for digestion.
