Salad with oranges and mushrooms is an unusual dish of Dutch cuisine, combining the freshness of citrus with the rich flavor of champignons. Its presentation in orange peels adds a special charm, turning each piece into a small gastronomic masterpiece. Mushrooms sautéed to a golden color create a rich, slightly nutty taste that harmoniously complements sweet bell peppers and soft cheese. Dressed with mayonnaise and spicy mustard, the salad acquires a soft creamy texture. This dish is perfect for a festive table—it not only surprises with its combination of ingredients but also delights with its original presentation. Dutch chefs love to experiment with flavors, and this salad is a great example of their exquisite gastronomic approach.
