Cottage cheese soufflé with fruits is an exquisite dessert inspired by French cuisine, where airiness and lightness are key elements. Its delicate texture is achieved through whipped egg whites, while the cottage cheese base gives the soufflé a rich creamy flavor. Semolina makes the dessert soft and slightly grainy, and vanilla essence adds a refined sweetness. Fruits added after baking refresh the dish and add vibrant notes. The soufflé is perfect for both a romantic dinner and a family tea gathering. This dessert can be served chilled, garnished with fruits and jelly, making it not only delicious but also aesthetically appealing. Its origin is linked to French culinary tradition that seeks a balance of textures and flavors, creating truly magical gastronomic masterpieces.
