In a bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients, finely chopped.
- Pitted prunes: 150 g
- Fig: 190 g
- Dried apricots: 150 g
- Pitted dates: 190 g
- Candied fruit: 150 g
- Candied lemon: 110 g

Rub the margarine with sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and eggs. Beat again. Gradually pour the batter into the fruit mixture while stirring. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease a high-edged mold with oil. Pour the batter into the mold.
