Gingerbread cookies for kids are a fragrant treat made for a festive mood. Inspired by Armenian cuisine, this recipe combines spicy notes of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and ginger that fill the home with warmth and coziness. The soft and pliable dough is easy to roll out, allowing for whimsical shapes like stars, hearts, and figures to decorate the tree. Thanks to honey, the cookies gain a delicate sweetness while cocoa adds depth of flavor. Baked to a golden crust, they become crispy on the outside and slightly soft on the inside. These little culinary masterpieces not only delight children but also turn the kitchen into a place of magic, bringing the whole family together in festive preparations.
