Melt the butter.
- Butter: 80 g

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with butter.
- Hard cheese: 150 g
- Butter: 80 g

Add flour, baking soda, and spices to the obtained mass.
- Wheat flour: 150 g
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon
- Spices: to taste

Knead the dough. Wrap the resulting soft and elastic dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
