Chocolate bouquet

A chocolate bouquet is an exquisite dessert that combines the tenderness of chocolate sponge cake, the richness of dark chocolate, and the subtle sweetness of egg liqueur. This dessert is inspired by French pastry tradition, where aesthetics and taste go hand in hand. Small chocolate balls coated in glaze resemble a refined bouquet—an ideal gift or treat for a special occasion. They have a soft and velvety texture, while the glaze adds an elegant shine. Decorating them with wafer daisies can add even more charm to the dessert. This bouquet pairs wonderfully with a cup of coffee or a glass of dessert wine, and its preparation brings as much joy as tasting it does. A true French delight!
