Layer 2 - after the first layer sets, take 100 grams of gelatin solution + 200 grams of sour cream + 100 grams of sugar whipped with three yolks, add a little vanillin. Mix everything and pour the second layer into glasses.

- Egg yolk: 3 pieces

Layer 3 - after the second layer sets, take 100 grams of gelatin solution + 200 grams of sour cream and add this mixture to the chocolate syrup, which is prepared as follows: mix 100 grams of butter with 200 grams of sugar and 4 tablespoons of cocoa, add milk, whip everything, and bring to a boil. Mix everything and pour the third layer into glasses.
