Pear cream is a delicate and airy dessert that captivates with its refined taste and aroma. In Russian cuisine, pears are often used to prepare sweet dishes, and this cream embodies their natural sweetness. Pears are slowly stewed with lemon juice and sugar, gaining softness and a rich fruity flavor. Cinnamon is added for a subtle spicy note that makes the dessert even more exquisite. Whipped cream gives the cream a velvety texture, creating lightness and richness at the same time. Served chilled, it is perfect for summer evenings or cozy family tea times. It pairs excellently with biscuits, wafers, or nuts. This is true delight for fruit dessert lovers.
