Fruit and jelly baskets are an exquisite dessert inspired by Mediterranean culinary traditions. First, we make the baskets. For this, we chop dried fruits and nuts in a blender or meat grinder. From the resulting mass, we form balls and roll each one to the size of our molds. It is easier to roll by wrapping the ball in plastic wrap. Make the thickness of the layer as you like.
- Dried fruits: 100 g
- Nuts: 200 g

Place the rolled-out dough with the film into the mold, carefully spread it along the walls, and remove the top part of the film.

We put berries or fruits of your choice in a basket and pour jelly over them. My jelly is from a packet, but if you want it sugar-free, you can make it from fruit puree and gelatin. Soak the gelatin in water to swell, mix it with the heated puree, and pour it into molds.

When the jelly sets, carefully remove the basket from the mold, remove the bottom part of the film, and enjoy the wonderful dessert!
