Grate the margarine. Add the yolks (from previously boiled eggs), sour cream, and flour. Mix everything together.
- Margarine: 200 g
- Egg yolk: 5 piece
- Sour cream: 5 tablespoon
- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons

Roll out the dough and cut out circles (diameter 2–2.5 cm).

Place 3-5 raisins in the center.
- Raisin: 100 g

Roll the balls and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Cool down and cover with glaze.

For the glaze, mix sugar, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan. Place on low heat. After 5 minutes, add butter and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Cocoa: 3 tablespoons
- Milk: 8 tablespoons
- Butter: 100 g
