Tender cupcakes with jam and poppy seeds are a true embodiment of European home baking, where the simplicity of ingredients transforms into refined pleasure. Tea, absorbing the aroma of jam, gives the dough a special softness, while poppy adds an exquisite crunchy accent. These cupcakes seem to be made for cozy evenings when you want to enjoy something sweet but not overly so. They can be served with tea or coffee, complemented by berry jam or light cream. Perfect for friendly gatherings, family tea times, or just moments of relaxation when you crave something warm and fragrant. The cupcakes are quick to prepare and delight with their simplicity of process, while their airy texture combined with rich flavor makes them a true treat.

We take molds (any), preferably small or special for muffins, fill them a little more than half with batter, as the batter will rise. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
