Mix kefir, butter, salt, and sugar in a pot, warm it slightly, but not to a hot state!
- Kefir: 1 glass
- Vegetable oil: 0.5 glass
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Fine white sugar: 1 tablespoon

Dissolve the yeast, gradually add the flour. The dough becomes soft and tender, no additional flour is needed. Leave for half an hour (cover the bowl with a clean towel). Can be used for pies and buns. Bake for 0.5 hours at 180 degrees.
