1
Put sour cream in a bowl, add an egg, and mix.
- Sour cream: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
2
Add flour and salt to the mixture and knead a thick dough.
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass
- Salt: pinch
3
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet (like for homemade noodles), cut into wide strips about 8 cm long. Make a longitudinal cut along the entire length in the middle of the strips, but do not cut through the edges.
4
Bend the strip, insert one end into the slot, and pull it while straightening the strip — this will twist the separated parts of the strip and form a three-dimensional shaped product.
5
Fry the prepared shaped blanks in vegetable oil, then drain in a colander to let the oil drip off.
6
Place on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Powdered sugar: to taste
