Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar. Let it sit for a few minutes until foam forms.
- Dry yeast: 1.5 teaspoon
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add flour, salt, and a cube of garlic (or press a clove). Mix by hand until crumbly.
- Smoked sausage cheese: 300 g
- Wheat flour: 2.5 glasss
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

Pour in vegetable oil and mustard. And add the diluted yeast. Knead a soft dough. If necessary, add a little flour or more vegetable oil. The dough should not be sticky. It should pull away from the hands but not be stiff.

Form 15 small rolls from the dough. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Let the buns rise for 1 hour.

Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame (poppy or seeds). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden.
