Airy marble pie is a refined delicacy of European cuisine, delighting with the combination of vanilla and chocolate flavors. Its delicate, light structure is achieved by carefully incorporating whipped egg whites, making the pastry literally airy. The unique marble pattern is created by artistically mixing two types of dough, giving the pie elegance and special charm. Butter combined with sugar and cream provides a rich flavor, while bitter chocolate adds depth and richness. Ideal for cozy family tea times, festive tables, and simply as an exquisite treat with coffee. This pie not only delights the taste but also captivates with its aesthetic appearance, turning any gathering into a small celebration.

1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease the pie pans with butter and dust with flour.
- Butter: 110 g
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass
2
Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy, add cream and vanillin. Mix well.
- Butter: 110 g
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Cream 10%: 1 glass
- Vanillin: 1 teaspoon
3
Sift the flour and baking powder together, then gradually add to the main mixture.
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
4
Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks. Gradually fold them into the main mixture, being careful not to deflate the whites.
- Egg white: 4 pieces
5
Pour 1/3 of the dough into a small bowl and mix with melted chocolate until smooth.
- Dark chocolate: 60 g
6
Pour half of the white batter into the mold, smooth it with a spatula. Pour in the chocolate batter and cover with the remaining vanilla (do not mix yet). Now, use a knife to make a light pattern on the raw batter (S or a back-and-forth zigzag). But don't overdo it, or the marble effect won't work.
