Apple pie is a refined dessert infused with the aroma of baked fruits and the tenderness of semolina. Its roots trace back to European traditions where apples have always symbolized home comfort. This pie impresses with its lightness due to the preparation method: apple puree serves as the base while whipped eggs add airiness to the structure. Semolina adds a delicate texture and sugar enhances the natural sweetness of baked apples. The result is a dessert that pairs perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee, reminiscent of warm family evenings. It can be served as a standalone treat or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, creating a harmony of flavors. Preparation requires some patience, but every minute is worth it – the pie melts in your mouth, leaving a pleasant aftertaste and a desire to make it again.
