Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are one of the most popular desserts in European cuisine, symbolizing comfort and home warmth. Their history began in the 1930s in the USA when chef Ruth Wakefield accidentally added chocolate pieces to the dough, expecting them to melt. However, the chocolate retained its shape, gifting the world famous crispy cookies with soft pockets of sweetness. Their flavor is a harmony of caramel notes from brown sugar, vanilla tenderness, and rich chocolate. Due to their simplicity and versatility, they are perfect for tea parties, children's celebrations, or simply as a sweet comfort any day.
