Quick cheese flatbreads are a cozy and hearty dish from European cuisine, where cheese plays a key role in gastronomy. They combine the tenderness of kefir dough with the rich flavor of hard cheese that melts and creates an appetizing texture. Adding ham gives the flatbreads a spiciness and meaty richness. They are easy to prepare, requiring no special skills – just a few simple steps and you have fragrant golden flatbreads with a crispy crust on the table. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or light dinner. You can experiment with different types of cheese and fillings to create unique flavor combinations. Served hot with aromatic sauces, herbs, or fresh vegetables for true enjoyment in every bite.
