Summer berry dessert

Summer berry dessert is the embodiment of freshness and lightness in one dish. Its roots go back to the traditions of European cuisine, where the combination of natural berries with delicate creamy textures is valued. This dessert captivates with its airiness: a sour cream base infused with the aroma of fresh berries combines with soft pieces of sponge cake, creating a harmony of flavors. The light tartness of strawberries and kiwis perfectly complements the sweetness, while gelatin gives structure and makes it exquisite. Such a dessert will adorn a summer table, serve as a perfect ending to dinner, or be a delightful treat on a hot day. It requires no complex ingredients but offers true enjoyment through its simplicity and tenderness.

Line a deep dish with plastic wrap, place halved strawberries and kiwis at the bottom, then a layer of broken biscuit pieces, followed by another layer of berries and a layer of biscuits. Pour everything with the sour cream and gelatin mixture, and place the mold in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
