Summer cupcakes with baked berries are the true embodiment of sunny moods and delicate flavors. They draw inspiration from European baking traditions, where juicy berries highlight the velvety texture of the batter. Their preparation is a true art: butter, sugar, and vanilla create a fragrant and airy dough, while added berries provide a light tartness and freshness. These cupcakes can be decorated with berry cream, mint leaves, and fresh fruits, turning them into not just a dessert but a small culinary masterpiece. Perfect for summer parties, cozy gatherings, and festive tea times – they will adorn the table and offer the taste of true summer.

The main dough is ready! You can use any seasonal berries to taste - black and red currants, raspberries, cherries. If you have frozen berries, that's even better. If not, fresh ones will do. You can divide the dough into parts (equal or unequal) and mix it with any berries. You can place the berries at the bottom of the mold (silicone is better) and fill it with dough on top. Send the molds to a hot oven.
