Open apple pie is the embodiment of coziness and warm family traditions. Its roots go back to Russian cuisine, where simple yet flavorful ingredients create a harmonious blend. The light flaky crust, crispy at the edges, gently encases juicy apples infused with cinnamon aroma and sweetness of sugar. A creamy layer of cream cheese adds softness and gives the pie a velvety taste. This dessert is perfect for cozy evenings with a cup of tea or coffee, and its appetizing aroma can fill the home with warmth and celebration. The simplicity of preparation makes it accessible for any level of culinary skill, while the variability in decoration—from classic lattice to artistic patterns—allows everyone to realize their culinary imagination.
