60 minutes
Mascarpone and chocolate crème brûlée is an exquisite dessert inspired by classic French traditions. The delicate texture of the cream, created with mascarpone and egg yolks, harmonizes with an aromatic chocolate layer that adds depth to the flavor. The caramel crust formed by caramelizing sugar creates a pleasant crunch that contrasts with the cream's softness. This dessert is perfect for a romantic dinner or festive gathering, impressing guests with its sophistication and depth of flavor. Serving chilled crème brûlée enhances its creamy tenderness, while the thin chocolate layer adds a touch of elegance. Inspired by European gastronomic traditions, it combines classic elements with a modern approach to desserts.
