We lightly roast the walnuts in the oven.
- Crushed walnuts: 100 g

Beat the butter and sugar until smooth, add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix again.

- Sugar: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste

Add the obtained mixture to the butter whipped with sugar, and mix until homogeneous. Then add the nuts and oats. Mix well.

- Oat flakes: 200 g

Shape the cookies and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, 5 cm apart.

Bake the cookies for 15 minutes until they are light golden at the edges but still soft and slightly moist in the center. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool.
