Simple charlotte with cinnamon

Preheat the oven. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites into a stiff foam with a mixer, gradually adding sugar.

Continue whisking, adding the yolks one by one, then the baking soda and flour. The dough should have a consistency similar to sour cream.

Clean and slice the apples. Place them at the bottom of the greased dish.
