Very chocolate ice cream is the true embodiment of delight for all cocoa lovers. This recipe is inspired by the traditions of Italian gelato masters but with a special emphasis on rich chocolate flavor. The velvety texture is achieved through a combination of cocoa powder, creamy coconut milk, and a small amount of corn starch for light creaminess. The sweetness is balanced with hints of vanilla that highlight the depth of chocolate aroma. This ice cream is perfect for enjoying on its own or as an addition to desserts – try it with nuts, caramel, or fresh fruits. It refreshes perfectly on a hot day, creating a blissful sensation with every spoonful. A true paradise for gourmets!
