Cranberry marmalade with cherries and walnuts

Cranberry marmalade with cherry and walnuts is a refined treat that combines sweetness, tartness, and nutty depth of flavor. This recipe has European roots and resembles traditional winter desserts where berry flavors are complemented by warm spice notes. Port wine gives the marmalade a special richness, while orange zest adds a refreshing citrus touch. Its thick consistency makes it perfect as a standalone dessert, filling for pies, or an accompaniment to cheeses. The nuts make its texture more interesting, creating a balance between the tenderness of the marmalade and the crunchiness of the structure. This marmalade will be a wonderful addition to the festive table or a cozy treat on cool evenings.
