Brownies with cream cheese filling are a delightful treat that combines the rich flavor of dark chocolate with the tenderness of cream cheese. This dessert originates from American cuisine, where brownies have long won the hearts of sweet lovers. The contrast between the dense chocolate base and the airy cheese layer makes it not only appealing but also special in taste. The creamy texture of the filling softens the intensity of cocoa, creating a harmonious balance of sweetness and richness. Brownies are perfect for cozy evenings with a cup of coffee or can serve as a stunning conclusion to a festive dinner. The play of colors and flavors makes this dessert aesthetically beautiful and undoubtedly memorable.

1
Boil water in a large pot.
2
Cut the butter into pieces, break the chocolate, and place it in a heatproof bowl or saucepan.
- Butter: 200 g
- Dark chocolate: 200 g
3
Once the water boils, remove the large pot from the heat and place a smaller pot inside it, ensuring no water gets into the chocolate. Stir until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is obtained, with a consistency similar to very thin kefir or even milk. Let the mixture cool.
4
In another bowl, beat 3 eggs and 130 grams of sugar. Add the cooled chocolate mixture and stir. Gradually add the flour sifted with baking powder and mix thoroughly.
- Chicken egg: 5 piece
- Sugar: 200 g
- Dark chocolate: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 110 g
- Baking powder: 10 g
5
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, 2 eggs, and 70 grams of sugar.
- Cream cheese: 500 g
- Chicken egg: 5 piece
- Sugar: 200 g
6
Grease the baking pan with oil or line it with parchment. Pour in the chocolate batter, leaving a couple of tablespoons aside, and smooth it out.
- Butter: 200 g
7
Spread the cheese dough on top without mixing. Also, level it out.
8
Spread the remaining chocolate dough on top. Use a fork to create a marble pattern.
