Pear crumble with cranberry is a harmonious blend of tender baked pears, the tangy zest of cranberries, and crunchy caramel crumbs. The origins of this dessert can be traced back to Italian culinary traditions where fruits have always held a prestigious place in baking. Sweet pears absorb the aroma of cinnamon and vanilla, while cranberries add a refreshing contrast. The topping made from flour, oats, and butter is baked to a golden crust, creating a magnificent balance of textures. Served warm with vanilla ice cream, it enhances its rich fruity flavor. Perfect for cozy evenings and festive dinners, this dessert delights with its simplicity and elegance.
